Role Overview: As a Sales Representative , you will be the face of EASTEAM, introducing our brand to new audiences, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through strategic outreach. This is a commission-based role with no base salary—your earnings will be directly tied to your success, offering unlimited income potential. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition & Outreach: Utilize your own resources and network to identify and connect with potential customers, influencers, stylists, boutique owners, and fashion enthusiasts. Brand Promotion: Actively promote EASTEAM’s latest collections across social media, fashion events, and exclusive circles, ensuring high visibility and engagement. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to maximize revenue, including one-on-one client consultations, styling recommendations, and leveraging digital marketing tools. Networking & Partnerships: Identify potential collaborations, including working with personal shoppers, stylists, and retailers to expand the brand’s reach. Event & Pop-Up Support: Assist in organizing and representing the brand at fashion events, pop-up shops, and other activations to generate direct sales and brand awareness. Order Management: Guide customers through the purchasing process, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Market Insights: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and potential sales opportunities to improve EASTEAM’s offerings and sales strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales, fashion retail, or a related field is a plus. Strong connections or access to potential buyers, whether through social media, professional networks, or industry affiliations. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate leads independently. Passion for fashion, styling, and brand storytelling. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work remotely with flexible hours.
