A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to work in a small rural surgery, which has a good CQC report and has a great local reputation.

The local population demographic is proportional with a slightly elderly population

The very experienced GP Partnership are happy to provide support to newly qualified GPs and very much welcome experienced doctors to join part of this welcoming and friendly team.

Appointments are 10-15 minutes long and GPs have access to a fantastic triage and admin team. The practice ideally looking for an open minded GP who is happy to work collaboratively for the long-term and they welcome suggestions and ideas on future development. They are happy to discuss the option of future partnership for the right candidate too.

Ideally a car driver, due to where the practice is situated. Home visits are kept to a minimum and usually only required in urgent circumstances.

The clinical and non-clinical teams are long-standing, compassionate and understand the needs of their patients. They are incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking. The culture of the practice is friendly and informal and they pursue policies to promote a health work/life balance.

Location South Kings Lynn

Your role

• 4 6 sessions ideal, with Monday and Tuesdays being the anchor days.
• Controlled workload 25 total contacts, including morning triage calls. All appointments 10 15 minutes.
• Working closely with a very experienced GP partners and ANP partner.
• Opportunities to develop special interests
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
