Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
• Required experience including installation of water heaters, gas and electric, faucets, tubs, toilets, troubleshooting leaks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Knowledge of NC Plumbing Code
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong core skills in hand tools, plumbing, and power tools
• Proficiency in construction, construction plumbing, and residential services
• Mechanical knowledge and field service expertise
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation

Responsibilities

• Installation of new plumbing and fixtures
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform construction plumbing duties as needed
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
• Keep your company truck clean and inventory-ready
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repair work.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Maintain professional appearance

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
