Qualifications Requires 10+ years of experience in adjudicating claims and managing claims staff Strong analytical and fair/equitable judgmental skills Excellent communication skills Collaborative, curious and confident Trusted to handle confidential matters and sensitive information with discretion Strategic thinker and proactive decision maker Proficient in MS Windows and Office programs Strong knowledge of life insurance Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities to ensure deadlines are met Compensation & Benefits We believe in taking care of our employees and their families.
