Overview: The Lithography Technician ensures print integrity and inspects materials and cans for defects throughout production. They ensure compliance with regulatory standards and communicate quality issues to production staff. Essential Functions: Maintain decorators for optimal print quality. Change plates, inks, and materials for new runs. Operate decorators safely for optimal output. Document and resolve material issues. Communicate issues to relevant personnel. Sample production lines and manage supplies. Document work and improve processes to reduce waste. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Previous lithographic experience preferred. Skills/Attributes: Color distinction and defect detection. Ability to manipulate cans and operate electronically controlled presses. Work quickly, adjust priorities, and communicate effectively. Train helpers and handle physical tasks. Competencies: Safety-conscious, results-driven, service-oriented. Effective communication and self-management. Teamwork and adaptability to change. Work Conditions: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and physical tasks including lifting and bending. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
