This role involves driving project efficiency by coordinating team tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and developing reports that inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage tasks within the technical team, prioritizing based on urgency and ensuring alignment with project goals. Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI and Excel reports for strategic decision-making. Assist in testing and debugging technical projects to ensure smooth deployment and high-quality outcomes. Perform database validation and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date business information. Qualifications Experience in project coordination, task management, or business operations support. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other reporting or data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills focused on data validation and accuracy. Knowledge of databases and SQL for data verification and troubleshooting. Experience with developing user interfaces or screens is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Familiarity with document retention standards and industry knowledge. Competence in managing data across databases and spreadsheets. Skills in analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions. Ability to create and maintain projects in Jira or Azure.
