KBR’s Aviation & Ground Systems Directorate provides Systems Engineering & Integration support to the Army’s Aviation and Ground soldiers with project based and full-time personnel support services. KBR sets the standard with a wide range of services including Government Engineering, Logistics, Business, and International focuses, while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellence in contract deliverables. As a Program Analyst, you'll dive into Foreign Military Sales (FMS), driving technical and programmatic analysis support for the planning and execution of FMS programs. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse team, fostering innovation and excellence every step of the way. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain tracking techniques to monitor FMS program execution; Track project tasks, requests for information, case development schedules; Support customer briefings, create annual historical reports as well as Project Office and PEO recurring reports; Create internal briefings, facilitate meetings, IPT's, and staff calls; Provide general program support. Works under team lead direction but may receive assignment to work independently. Basic Qualifications: 2-4 years of FMS experience working with Army products or programs; Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Active Secret level security clearance; Direct Experience within an Army Product or Program Office.
