Location: Palm Beach and Miami Area, FL

Position Summary: As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their HVAC, refrigeration, and cooling needs, ensuring they receive the best products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Ensure the sales counter and showroom are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counter sales within the HVAC, refrigeration, or cooling industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and cooling products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with ease.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales training is a plus.
